Meet Charlotte Hooks, Your Dedicated Agent

Charlotte E. Hooks is an Allstate Agency Principal and owner of Hooks Insurance Agency Inc. founded in 2007. She leads 13 licensed sales agents and has earned top honors including Pinnacle Elite, Chairman’s Conference, Presidents & Regional Conference, and induction into the Allstate Century Club (2014–2015) for outstanding financial and life insurance production. She also served on the Allstate Advisory Board for Florida (2015–2016).

Charlotte expanded her business by acquiring established Allstate agencies in West Palm Beach (2021) and Boynton Beach (2022 & 2026), all long-standing community pillars. She holds a Property & Casualty General Agent License, a Life, Health & Variable Annuity License, and FINRA Series 6 and 63 securities licenses.

Born in Pensacola and raised in DeFuniak Springs, Florida, she is a graduate of Walton Senior High School and earned a B.S. in Business Administration from Bethune-Cookman University. She is a proud member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc. and is passionate about educating the community on insurance and financial services.
